SPEC MIX® Masonry Cement & Sand mortar is a dry preblended mortar mix containing masonry cement and dried masonry sand formulated for superior bond, water retention and board life. Ideal for laying brick, block, and stone in load-bearing walls for above- or below-grade applications. Ideal for building walls, planters, chimneys, and for tuck pointing or repairing existing mortar joints. Type S mortar can also be used as a stucco for scratch, brown, and finish coat applications.
